Testimonals

“Mercedes thank you for speaking with me today it was good to express to you some of things that I want to work on becoming a better me. And focusing on my goals in what God thinks of me and writing that Letter, it felt so freeing to allow myself to feel those emotions that I have held back for so long, I look forward to doing our next session.”

“Life coaching was something I was not always open to. While in the process of finding myself mentally, emotionally and spiritually I decided to give it a try. To my surprise it was awesome! Life coaching does not focus on someone directing your life but instead assisting you in making your own goals to live up to. Mercedes made this experience enjoyable by continuously listening, giving life changing feed back and always checking in to motivate my consistency in putting forth the effort to the aspects of my life that I wanted to change. Sessions were never rushed and I always walked away feeling relieved. I would highly recommended Mercedes if you want a life coaching experience that is genuine.”

Goals.

During our coaching session you will make sure that you set SMART goals. This acronym stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound. This is a major component in personal development and this is the “sauce” as I would say in coaching. If you don’t have SMART goals then there is no need for coaching.

Accountability.

In this approach I as your coach hold you responsible for getting things done, meeting deadlines and achieving goals that you set for yourself. I ask thought provoking questions during this time as well.

Connection.

It all begins with an initial connection with me as your coach. This is where we establish trust and intimacy. As your coach I would like you to feel that this is a safe and supportive space to be open and confident to talk and assured that I will listen.
